Now let’s see these Jay admin morons chase Soto all around on planes with no backup plan to sign anybody else….. no excuse this year pretty good group of free agents are available.

Jays have to look for players with low strikeout rate. Like Dodgers players. Otherwise, they will never be successful. And as for Soto, they should forget about him. He is going to stay with Yankees or move cross town to the Mets.

Apparently, the Yankees and Mets have an unwritten rule not to sign each other’s targets. But this rule might not apply to Soto because Soto has already been with three teams in his young career. And surprise, I hope the Blue Jays do not sign Teoscar Hernandez. Yes surprise I said it lol. They didn’t appreciate him in the first place so they don’t deserve him anymore. I hope he stays a Dodger and I hope the Dodgers build a dynasty with Hernandez included. Los Angeles was smart enough to see that Teo is a lineup protector. He is a special hitter, with a special uniquely intense presence in the lineup.

Nick will turn 44 later this month, and last played in the Majors in 2015. He has no coaching experience.
There's a good chance that the Jay's could out bid Roscoe's Heating & Air for his services if they guarantee a 2nd year.
How about you just learn to cover first base!!!
