The voting machine "glitch" was *CONFIRMED.* "The Attorney General’s office has been to the vote center to check the device that has been shown across social media today. In full disclosure, after several minutes of attempting to recreate the scenario, it did occur. This was accomplished by hitting some area in between the boxes," Laurel County Clerk Tony Brown said in a statement. "After that we tried for several minutes to do it again and could not. Since this is going out across the USA and the world, I want to explain to everyone that this is a ballot marking device. You insert your blank ballot into it to vote your specific ballot for your precinct. It shows you who you have chosen for each race and notifies you if you didn’t make a selection in a race before it allows the voter to continue to the next page. When you come to the end of the ballot it shows you how you voted in every race and issue. It confirms with each voter that they are satisfied with their selections twice before printing the ballot." Isn't it odd how all of these voting machine "glitches" only go one way?

Well that's one item my buddy Mitchy and I can agree upon. J Low is a toxic skank, she's always been that. She helped Puffy get out of a shooting incident in a NY nightclub. She conducts herself as the Queen of all Latinos yet she's nothing more than a second class female Salieri. She's been exposed and her latest tour bombed, so much for Jenny on the block.

Whether it is intentional or not, your description of the Jean Carroll decision is trying to graft criminal language on a civil matter. Words matter because the law tells us more about the nature and gravity of the decision than you allow.

Nine jurors found him liable of sexual abuse (not assault). The jury only needed to find a preponderance of liability. As is commonly required in U.S. and Canada criminal law, the jury did not find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt on any matter.
I am very impressed that you are more knowledgeable than a judge. Wyatt, good for you, buddy. You are an economics and Law wizard. Very impressive. If I can make a suggestion, I believe you should notify this judge of your findings that words matter! Please enlighten the judge and see if you can have a part in MAGA!

"A judge has now clarified that this is basically a legal distinction without a real-world difference. He says that what the jury found Trump did was in fact rape, as commonly understood."

That was just a Judge's opinion that Carroll could publicly use that word. You can hang your hat on that, but it doesn't make it fact. Going down the path of Judge's having the last word is a blind alley. Judge's are overturned all the time because in fact they simply issue opinions.

It gets real muddy because the jury considered rape and did not not find Trump liable. Initially, Jean Carroll said on CNN she chose not to use the word rape. By the way, whenever I have heard Harris bring up this case she uses the phrase sexual abuse not rape. Since she is a former prosecutor, I'm guessing it's because she knows the distinction.

Trump will be the same age as Biden when he took the office four years ago. Because of COVID, President Biden didn't really campaign that hard in 2020. Certainly, Biden campaigned a lot less in 2020 than Trump has this year.

So with that, TERB offers an incredible archive of people's thoughts and opinions. Surely, you have posted about Biden's decline before the July debate. Please point us in that direction. Thanks.
And yet you still don't think trump's age is an issue?
Despite his clearly much poorer health?
