My thoughts on Trump

Trumps "weaving" as he calls his disjointed monologues have become darker, longer, more profane and increasingly unfocused and unhinged — a troubling sign that he is no longer able to articulate ideas or reason. This makes him prey to manipulations by his own staff or, worse, the control of foreign adversaries.

He shambles about aimlessly, slurs his words and what used to be word salads have become shear gibberish.

Always an effortless liar, his speeches are now nothing more than a series of lies tangled in a mass inside his head, it appears he no longer even knows he’s lying.

I'm going to push back on that last line.
I've always said that Trump is a bullshitter, not a liar. (Using the Frankenfurtian definition of Bullshit.)

If that's true, then it has never mattered to Trump whether or not he is lying.
Now, that said, maybe you are right in that he once knew whether or not he was lying and just didn't care and now he doesn't even know whether or not he is lying.
That's possible.
But I also think it is likely he never really knew whether or not he was lying because it was so irrelevant to his life.

........
Not likely Trump will be controlled by foreign adversaries if he is
easily manipulated by Vance and other associates. Vance is probably
already praying for Trump to win and then die right after the
inauguration day.

No worry, Vance is no friend of Putin though he could be even
more determined than Trump to cut off aid to Zelensky entirely.
NATO should survive nonetheless. With Israel Vance will
turn out to be a bigger poodle. Netanyahu will be very pleased
the U.S. is in good hands.

Have you listened to Kamala's word salads? When she's off script it shows how incompetent she really is. And she's much younger.

Good point, but no comparison. She is a typical politician avioding
awkward questions while Trump is unhinged

True, he's always been a bullshitter more than a liar.
But the decline is very apparent.

These might be cherry picked videos but still, the difference is really quite drastic.

"It's not a lie if you believe it." George Costanza.
I don't think he really believes all his "lies", he just hopes his base does.

Oh, the overall cognitive decline is apparent.
I don't think even his biggest fans deny it.
But that doesn't really address the "did he ever really know if he was lying" issue.
It's certainly possible he has lost even the ability to know and before he did know and just didn't care.
I just don't think we can say for sure.

Sooo how do you explain his incredibly coherent Joe Rogan interview? It was 3 hours and no slurring or tirades to speak of. Oh! Maybe it was a clone?
I never listened to it. Even if Trump was as you say, his speeches are still full of lies and word salads. He never gives references to any of his claims because they are lies

Awkward questions like what her platform is all about?
Awkward questions like why have you been hiding Biden's mental state for the past few years?
Awkward questions like why there was a coup by the Dems to remove Biden from the ballot and then undemocratically slide Harris into it?
Awkward questions like why wouldn't you want someone to show ID when they vote?

Those types of awkward questions?

Pressure and frustration can make anybody seem that way. His cool, calm and collected Joe Rogan interview showed that he is just fine.
The one Harris refused to do unless they did it at her place...with her staff feeding her answers.
Trump was able to coherently talk and answer questions for hours with Rogan...can you imagine Harris trying to tap dance off script for that long?

I reminisce about when it was announced that Biden was "stepping aside" and most of the Libs on this board suggested many other people instead of Harris to run for office...now they're supporting her. Deep down I know they don't really support her...their TDS runs so deep they'll trade in their morals in spite.

Your concern seemed to be to his coherency and he was clearly quite coherent and articulated himself the way you would expect a presidential candidate to.
fyi what you just experienced was the classic "Left pivot"...you know....when they make a point, proven wrong, then have to distract to something else.

Word salads? Harris is the champion there my friend. Add to that a new accent thrown in to pander to whatever crowd she is trying to convince and what you have is a pure incompetent fraud.
Don't believe me?

Enjoy this new one...

Oh ya I would much rather give the nuclear football to a menstruating Kamala. Great idea! 🤦‍♂️ :ROFLMAO:
First of all what an incredibly ignorant, sexist statement, congrats you've lived up to all our expectations. Second if you knew anything about biology (or anything else for that matter) you'd know she's 60 years old, her menstruating days are over. I'm guessing they didn't teach you much in Neanderthal school

Elon Musk is shelling out $119 million to help Trump get back in the White House. He wants another round of generous tax cuts, only chumps pay taxes.

This could lose Harris the election.

No, you would rather give the nuclear football to a dumbass who believes throwing a nuke into a hurricane may be a good idea or sending an "anonymous" cruise missile into Mexico will solve the Cartel issue. Yup, just makes one think WOW.
