This is just not true.
If maximum highway speed in Canada was 15km per hr a lot less innocent would die in speeding related accidents including children.
But we as a society recognize and accept that some children should die for the best of society and the maximum speed is 100km per hr on most highways and most people are fine with some children dying as a result.
You can't compare trying to mitigate risk with dropping 7 Hiroshima's worth of explosives on concentration camp with 1 million children.
If 7 Hiroshima worth of explosives have been dropped on a camp with one million children and nevertheless so little children died clearly israel is trying very hard to mitigate risk and we all shoild thank israel for that.
