Yes we are so strict with our entry requirements we have >1M people coming in every year.
Out of touch much?
Nijjar was denied twice before he became a citizen.
The guy was a fraud from day 1.
The Indian government has placed 26 extradition requests and provided dossiers.
Why havent we acted?
We have a history of not acting on Indian requests and warnings and one of those times 300+ died.
Also explain why in 2019 the public safety report first mentioned Sikh Extremism in Canada and after protests from the community removed them?
Explain why the Bolo Program listed Goldy Brar a Sikh gangster and Khalistan terrorist, was placed on the most wanted list and then subsequently removed?

They are protecting him from further convictions on Indian Soil!!
Gold Brar is one of Bishnoi's partners. He is probably off the radar in Canada as he may have fled the country.

It is like whipping a dead horse with any further debates on this affair. The RCMP stated that they have the evidence. Go ask them if you want it.
They confirmed that the evidence was offered on several occasions at the various summits. The Indian Govt. has it but is lying about it, as that Shah guy is implicated in it!!

Yes Goldy is part of Bishnoi's gang. How do you know that he fled the country?
Even if he fled the country why should he be removed from the most wanted list for crimes he committed in Canada?
Because Trudeau is sucking up to the Sikh separatists.

But none presented, no one charged.
They did not even get to meet their Indian counterparts, so how was evidence shared?
You do understand summits lie the G20, are not the place to share evidence right?

Again, listen to the whole interview by the RCMP Commissioner that was posted. The RCMP tried several times to meet with the Indian Govt. At the 4:30 minute mark the Commissioner stated that the Deputy Commissioner tried to reach the Indian Counterpart and got no response from him. Then t hey went and presented the evidence to the Indian Intelligence at the Singapore Summit. Now you are trying to make excuses that the G20 Summit is not the place to present the evidence. Who said that it is not, especially when several countries do exchange intelligence information with their allies? Now tell us when this evidence should be presented if the Indian Govt. were stubborn enough not to co-operate? The USA Investigators have already confirmed that the Indian Govt directed the attempted killing of Pannun in the USA. Enough said!!

Listen, Goldy Brar has not been charged with any crimes in Canada. You have got that all wrong. He was accused of the killing of a Punjabi Singer in India.
Apparently, that was a gang related killing between Brar and that Singer. If India is not co-operating with the killing of Nijjar Singh, then I'm not surprised with this move to remove him from the Most wanted List as the crime was not committed on Canadian soil. Good the Trudeau is standing up to Modi, who thinks that he can do whatever he wants on some foreign soil!!

Goldy was put on the most wanted list back in 2019 before any of this happened.
He is a known gangster in India, how the fuck did he get into Canada?
His criminal history alone should have disqualified him.
But he was put on the Bolo most wanted list.
Now he is not there. Why? How can a known gangster not be on this list?
Canada's immigration program has been misused, and raped by these gangsters, criminals and terrorists.
They should all be revoked and deported immediately!
