If you've never hosted before I'd suggest doing this with known customers only. That puts you and everyone more at ease and limit it to maybe 4, 6 or 8 guys depending on how many you think you'd be comfortable with. Let them know safety - BBFS was an absolute NO for the ones I've been to - is important for everyone and confirmed their attendance with a small security deposit. The timeline may vary anywhere from 2-4 hrs or longer, again depending on how many guys you're comfortable seeing. Have 1 or 2 people there for security reasons, possibly one other SP you know to act as a fluffer for any guys who may be shy in a group or to assist in getting their engines revved up.
I had an sp hosted gangbang experience back in 2019. The sp was someone who I already saw a couple times before. There were 5 participants and they were all supposedly previous clients of hers so it was not her first time seeing any of us. She did ask some pre-screening questions to make sure we were "clean" I assume but no proof or tests were required to actually prove what we said was true. No bbfs but bbbj was no issue for her with any of the guys. There were 2 other female friends with her at the gang bang who were just serving drinks and food to the participants. They were obviously there for her protection as well in case things went south with any of the guys. They did not participate in the gang bang. It was a bit awkward as a participant at first to be honest when walking into the place and seeing other guys there but before things got started everyone had a few drinks and just got to know each other which took the edge off. The experience itself was mediocre. Some guys were really nervous so they just had a difficult time staying hard. The sp herself could have been more interactive with us to make the experience better. Most of the time she was just laying there not saying much while each of us had our turn. I think the most memorable part of the session was when one of the guys suggested a dp and she gladly obliged and then requested to bbbj one of the other guys. The GB was planned from 9-12 but we wrapped up way before that. Price to attend the GB was $900 per participant.
