India will do what India wants to do and we have no say in that.
And Nijjar and a few others are charged in India for various murders.

A Canadian citizen cannot be an Indian separatist. Makes no sense.
A separatist is a citizen who wants to separate from their country of citizenship such as the Canadians who wanted a separate Quebec.
If you become a citizen of another country and then try to engage in cross border campaigns against other countries, that is terrorism and India is right in designating them as such.
We should prioritize our country, and our country's relations and trade with a world power and revoke citizenship and deport these guys back to India for them to deal with as they see fit.
That would also mean we get rid of this Khalistan business as it has nothing to do with Canada.

India is doing what they want to do with religious minorities and the various atrocities committed against them on Indian soil.
Obviously, similar to what they were doing to Muslims and Sikhs, presently Christians are practically being subjected to some sort of genocide.
Now Nijjar became a naturalized Canadian citizen in 2007, and under The Harper Govt. since he married a Canadian citizen. Since then both Conservative and Liberal Governments were approached to have him repatriated to India to face charges for the alleged crimes. The RCMP investigated and found no reason or merit to accept the requests from the Indian Government.
If the British can have referendums with regards to Scottish Independence, Canada can have one for Quebec, and these are democracies, if like you claim that the majority of Sikhs support being part of India, then why on earth should the largest democracy not have a referendum and put it to bed for good?

The British have referendums about Scotland because Scotland is part of their country.
Canada had a referendum about Quebec because Quebec is part of our country.
India is not part of Canada.
It is not for any Canadian citizen to say what India should do. Are you that naive?

If India claims that they are the largest true democracy, then let all the different voices be heard just like we did in Canada and the UK did with regards to Scotland.

Of course I will be concerned like several human beings when there is a certain amount of genocide in a democracy like India.
Cross border campaigns do not amount to terrorism, as long as they are exerting their free speech.
We saw that with Canadian citizens from Hong Kong when they were protesting against China, Sri Lankan Canadians, Canadian Palestinians against Israel, East Pakistani Canadians against Pakistan, Irish Catholics living in Canada and the USA against Northern Ireland. Are they all considered to be terrorists?
If you protest peacefully, then it is your right to do so!!

He is a terrorist based on his own activities.
He came to Canada committing immigration fraud.
He formed a militant group.
He engaged in cross border crimes such as murder.
He went to Pakistan and met with their intelligence agencies.
Pretty sure these are crimes per Canadian law.
His citizenship should have been revoked and he should have been deported.

Why should I not bring over here, all the hypocrisy by the Indian Government? But you are the one designating all those protesting for a Khalistan free state as "terrorists". In India they are not allowed to voice their actual views on Khalistan as it is illegal.
I am sure that Governments both Liberal and Conservative would not interfere with our Justice System that would have repatriated those who actually performed any acts of terrorism to India if the real evidence was provided.
