We know that Trudeau claimed, without evidence, in 2023 (per his own admission if we were to believe the "at that time" comment) that India killled Nijjar.
We know that RCMP has since claimed that they have evidence and they came out with this as an extraordinary measure to ensure public safety.
Its pretty stupid if you think about it.

We know that the Sikh groups bombed and killed 100s of Canadians.
We also know that India has designated Nijjar a terrorist, issued red notices from interpol, since 2014. Since the last 10 years!
We know that India has systematically charged Nijjar and several others in this movement under specific laws in their country.
We know that India has provided 26 extradition requests to Canada.
We know that Nijjar was a shady character.

As for the extradition requests, that's India's claim. There could be many reasons why Canada hasn't acted on them, including the fact that they might target Canadian citizens who are enjoying their freedom of expression in Canada.
