I think you are a little confused here. They are prisoners in German concentration camps who were killed by the Germans in World War 2. Doesn't get much more casualty or war then that.
I don't know how many Hamas they have "neutralized" but I know they have killed tens of thousands of women and children. Starved and burnt and maimed hundreds of thousands of civilians. Bombed the country back into the stone age . I am guessing the number of Hamas that have been neutralized would be less than one percent of civilians they have killed.
