Wow! AL Central has 3 out of the 4 final teams in the AL play-offs. Assume those odds would have been very high at the beginning of the season.

No surprise as the Tigers have been one of the best teams since the All-Star break.

1. Padres: 43-20
2. Dodgers: 42-23
3. Arizona: 40-25
4. Tigers: 39-26
5. Mets: 40-27

Looks like the Royals may eliminate the O's. FYI, Baltimore has only played .500 ball since the All-Star break.
The surprise is Detroit had a sell off at the trade deadline. It was as if they gave up on the season, but then they improved after the sell off.
