What would happen if Israel pulled out of the West Bank?....

It would be used - like Gaza and Southern Lebanon - as a base for Islamic Extremist attacks on Israel, right?
I dont have a solution. But it is illegal according to international law and unnecessary civilian casualties are war crimes.

Leaving aside West Bank for a moment, surely we can all agree that israel does not want to be in gaza one minute longer than they need to.
Even Egypt doesn’t want this godforsaken piece of land populated by radicalized ungovernable people. I’m sure deep down they are amazing human beings but nobody wants them. Nobody.

The Israeli solution is to destroy - or at least limit - Hamas and the PA, so they can do less harm to Israelis.

The Hamas solution is to kill, rape and enslave all Jews and re establish the Caliphate and Sharia Law.

Pick your option.

Why?

Is non indigenous occupation of Ontario illegal?

Surely at a certain point, the occupier becomes as "indigenous" as the people who were there before?

Israel contains Muslim Arab citizens with full citizen's rights. The only reason that the Gazans aren't allowed to live in Israel is the Gazans rape and murder Israelis.
Clueless

Unnecessary civilian casualties such as in Gaza are war crimes.
You were talking about it as if it’s black-and-white. It’s actually all kinds of shades of gray. What seems unnecessary to a gazan may be necessary to an Israeli.

International humanitarian law
Military necessity, along with distinction and proportionality, are three important principles of international humanitarian law, governing the legal use of force in an armed conflict. Offensives causing collateral damage are not automatically classed as a war crimes. They are war crimes when the objective is excessively or solely collateral damage
.

You are right. The truth is likely in the middle. The debate is on whether these are actual collateral damages or avoidable civilian casualties and many think it is the latter. Some even call it deliberate. It is important to take all these opinions into consideration.

Dumber than dumb. Israel has previously inflicted damage upon Iran's nuclear facilities and could easily do it again..

From an article by a publication called "The Conversation".

The timing, scale and nature of Israel’s response remain to be seen. But various options have been canvassed, including a strike of some sort against Iran’s nuclear weapons programme.

Israel has targeted Iran’s nuclear programme before. It has assassinated a number of nuclear scientists over the years, and launched a number of attacks on the country’s nuclear facilities. Physical attacks have taken the form of drone strikes and commando raids, including one in January 2018 on a facility in Tehran, in which Mossad agents stole large numbers of classified documents which Netanyahu said proved Iran was pursuing a nuclear weapons programme.

In April 2021, Iran accused Israel of orchestrating an explosion at its primary uranium enrichment facility in Natanz, resulting in substantial damage to its centrifuges. This marked the second incident within a year involving a mysterious explosion at the site. Israel has neither confirmed nor denied its involvement in either attack.

Israel is also thought to have mounted a number of cyberattacks on Iran’s nuclear programme, most prominently in June 2010 with the introduction of Stuxnet computer malware into Iranian nuclear facilities. Believed to have been created through collaboration between US and Israeli intelligence, the Stuxnet malware was designed to severely disrupt centrifuge operations at Natanz and is thought to have set back Iran’s nuclear weapons programme by years.

p.s. Further evidence that the US and Israel are allies with common interests and that the claims that the US supports and aids Israel because of lobbies like AIPAC
are nothing more than anti-Semitic tropes about Jews and their money.

Israel is not democratic. Democracies don’t rule millions of people without their consent for 75 years. Democracies don’t ethnically cleanse close to a million people because they are the wrong religion in order to create an ethno state. Democracies are by definition states for all their citizens - Israel has legislated that it is only a state for Jewish people. Israel has a series of laws that afford additional rights to Jews.
Delusional and insignificant opinion

Meanwhile, in the real world

Which does nothing to invalidate the statement that Israel has inflicted damage numerous times on Iran's nuclear program and facilities and can inflict more at will. As such, your claims of "fiction" are denying reality.

In the meantime, Israel's nuclear program is NOT in a developmental stage. It has been established for decades and can be restored if need be.
