You need to understand it doesn't matter. He is toast. He will recieve at best 25% of the vote. That is going to result in maybe 30 safe seats. That's it. Bloc will gain, NDP will gain, and the Conservatives will in all likelihood get a majority.

And nothing is going to change that.

And it gets better....
Convince people that they will make more money than they had before through rebate cheques.
And lastly...create a culture that attacks anyone who dare challenge the effectiveness of paying this tax and even label them "climate change deniers" to shame the dissenters.
