If Canada would get to net-zero tomorrow, ie go from 1.5% of global CO2 emissions to 0%...it wouldn't make a difference after a short time as the biggest emitters (China, US, Russia, India) would quickly surpass that. You are being played.

I do not feel any nationalism movement here in Quebec.
But again Quebec may be the for e to get NDP or Bloc as the opposition party. Like it happened twice.
The problem is PP. Harper at some point won Quebecers. Probably PP can but i have big doubts. They will prefer Singh by far.
