Why can’t he fire civic workers. I know civic workers personally and in my family. Many of them get paid for basically doing nothing. Despite relatively lower pay, they stick out their careers due to low stress and so they can get that government pension.

I endorse Vivek for president. Too bad he’s not running.
Why do righties all believe mass firing people and putting them on the unemployment line is a good thing and that the public wants it? I've never worked directly for the government, I've never been a teacher but it burns my ass when jealous folks cry and complain about their jobs. If it's that good, go do it!

Vivek was just spinning and spouting nonsense he believed the maga base would eat up.

Do you know what Vivek had in his book about Trump when he wasn't trying to seduce Maga. When he was himself and expressing his real thought??

I have all of Vivek’s books. He was the first person who laid out how to get it done. He wasn’t even running at this point. It’s not a rightie thing, it’s a Vivek thing that righties started to jump on. You ask why? Because they’re all useless and wasting tax payer money and creating layers we don’t need. (I’m talking about the government administrative people at the state and government level)

When we talk about civics, this doesn’t include teachers or cops. We need more of these and these professions also need to be paid more.

SO then why would Vivek say in 2020 that Trump was a sore loser and it was disgusting what he caused on Jan. 6th, then during his campaign claim he wouldn't have certified the election had he been VP? Two-faced maybe, wishy-washy probably, power-hungry definitely but a man of character, absolutely not, yet you would vote for him.

One more thing why would he accept money to attend law school while he was a millionaire?

A scammer, he would make a good Republican Conman POTUS.

Now, back to Trump! How can you vote for Trump over an educated well spoken younger candidate?

As I said, reveling in mass firings says a lot about an individual.

That is your stated position.

You never, ever deny it when I say that you feel that all Israelis are Zionists. That is an admission that my statement is correct. If I am wrong, please tell us what percentage of Israelis do you estimate are Zionists, just so that there is no ambiguity.
No, Shazi.
I keep posting from Jewish groups that aren't zionist to show you but then you go back to claiming zionism represents all Jews.
Not all Israelis are zionists, there are groups like Breaking the Silence, B'tselem and Yesh Din that prove you are ignorant.

Again, she has a better resume than Obama. But Hillary had one almost as good as Kamala, but Kamala is better.

At the end of the day though, she's running against Trump. Trump a certified con artist, fraudster, serial sexual abuser, cheater, library, who stole nuclear secrets, is compromised by Putin, takes bribes, owes half a billion dollars, ran one of the most corrupt administration's in history, a multi time convicted felon, who is surrounded by convicted felons, who has stated he plans to end the constitution and be a dictator, who has no idea how government works, plans on turning DOJ into his tool for persecution, and tried to overturn an election by violent means. And, when he faced a challenge like covid - first lied about it, thrn believed in magical thinking, and fucked up royally. A man who has never taken responsibility, who pisses on the military (eg John McCain, gold star families, wives of killed soldiers, calls them suckers). A man who kowtows to dictators, shits on allies, etc.
This is what's wrong with politics. Everyone is so caught up in Personalities that Policies don't even matter anymore.

Harris lacks the charisma of Obama, but isn't as polarizing as Hillary. She's just in the middle, that's all it is.

None of the politicians, including Kamala have any integrity.

Over 2 years, he has explained many times why he changed his mind. But if you distill it down he changed his mind because it’s either keep harping about January 6th or let Biden or Kamala become president again. He thinks those two are so stupid and incompetent. You can see it in his energy he genuinely believes this.

And big deal he got free money for law school. He had milllions but that was not fuck you money. The Ivy League recent grads with that kind of money in their 20s blow through all of it in those years, because they know they’ll have even more later in their lives. The guy is a genius. If there were more qualified people, they would’ve beat him and gotten it.

Vivek is next level compared to these politicians in every metric that matters. Too bad he is Hindu. You occasionally see full packages like Vivek in the private sector but they never cross over to public sector.

Sure he did! The only reason he started talking like he did was he believed he could have captured the dumb dumb maga base although he wouldn't beaten Hailey or Desantis if Trump wasn't the front-runner. That is a fact based on the numbers.

Sure, no big deal the millionaire took free money to go to law school but hey, the civil service is lazy, does nothing and should be fired. Yup, what can say? It just makes one shake their head and laugh.

Next level scammer and charlatan?

why do you hate success ? Why do successful people owe anyone anything? Why do we have to pay for people that don’t offer a net benefit to society and were mediocre at life. I don’t understand and no it doesn’t make me a bad person if I don’t.

I rather have illegal immigrant farmers bringing food costs down than these administrative clowns in government agencies, contributing nothing of value to anyone and earning 100k.

The economy will collapse under Harris if she is elected and makes good
of her promise of climate action made back in the previous election. While
taking the nation on a joy ride to economic collapse you can be assured
that Harris won't be able to alter the course of global climate change.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What Would A Kamala Harris Administration Mean For Climate Action?
July 29, 2024

A Vice President Kamala Harris administration in now possible. As a key partner in President Biden’s climate agenda, is now the presumptive 2024 Democratic presidential nominee. Harris is expected to maintain Biden’s climate policies while potentially adopting more progressive stances to inspire young voters and contrast with former President Trump’s fossil fuel-friendly policies.
....................................................................
During her 2019 presidential campaign, Kamala Harris supported a ban on fracking, a carbon tax, and called for $10 trillion in climate spending. She also pledged to create an Office of Climate and Environmental Justice Accountability to spotlight solutions for disadvantaged communities....................................
...........................................................................

For the record, Trump made exactly the same argument that of Biden was elected, the economy would collapse, etc etc etc. None of it came to pass. In fact Bidens economy has far surpassed Trumps.

Biden did not spend $10 trillion fighting climate change.
Harris would collapse the economy only if she found a
way to borrow that much money.

Still think all Jews are zionists?
That's a bit antisemitic, you know.

She's against the genocide.
And she's not a rapist, convicted felon, two time impeached, born rich asshat.

You really know how to pick them.
rump would never give you the time of day or allow you on his golf course.
Says the antisemite.

Did the list of her issues scare you so much so that you choked on your own hypocrisy in order to support her?

Let’s take Trump out of the picture here as many have TDS. Yes, we know the talking points - he’s old, senile, a crook, a sexist, a bad former President, racist, low IQ, will destroy the economy, and none of the leaders respect him. The we can’t have Trump as President so we must elect the opposing candidate view.
I like how you know you can't support the real discussion so just immediately try and shortcut it and force it off the table.

Bold approach. Silly, but bold.

Let’s just say Kamala was running against Obama or Bill Clinton. What would be positive talking points for Kamala? She has yet to have any press interviews articulating any of her points. What would you say might be some strengths she has over a normal candidate like Obama or Clinton? Maybe even strengths in general.
Let's see.

Obviously we would be putting her against them in their first runs before they were President.

She's got more experience than either on the national stage at that point.
You can make an argument for Clinton having more executive experience, since he was a Governor.
She blows Obama out of the water experience wise.

Both of those men are better orators.

But in terms of "Is she qualified?" she is easily as qualified as either of them were for their first runs.

This isn’t a Kamala bashing thread,

Oh come ON!
This is the most blatantly "fishing to bash Harris" thread set up possible.
Why beclown yourself like that?

but as a person who has always voted democrat
Wait.
Are you kidding me?
Who is going to believe this?
