Which does not disprove that there is no country stepping forth to provide assistance to Hamas in beating Israel in the war. Nobody wants to help Hamas. Israel is doing what they want. They will finish off Hamas because that is what the world wants.

The ICJ ruled that Israel's occupation is apartheid and illegaly.
They ordered Israel to leave Palestine and pay reparations.
That is the deal, no negotiations needed, the ICJ will set the reparations.
As you say, you don't negotiate with terrorists.
Beyond the fact that the ICJ opinion is non-binding, it's pretty fucked up that you think Palestinians don't need to be consulted on their future.

The ICJ is the highest court in the world and all signatory countries, like Canada, are duty bound now to sanction Israel until they obey the ruling and the law.
And why do you think Palestinians have to be consulted when the ICJ ruling just said Israel has to obey the law and cease occupying Palestine?

So the findings that the ICJ says explicitly are non-binding are secretly binding? Okay then.
And of course the ICJ (and UN, ICC, HRW, Amnesty) findings that international law says Hamas must immediately and unconditionally release their hostages?

ICJ rulings are binding if you are a UN member, if you ignore them you should be kicked out.
The settlements are illegal, you don't need to negotiate with the victims, you just need to stop breaking the law.
