First, you have an Appraisal company come out, secondly, you can get a letter of opinion from a trusted Realtor who knows the area well although doesn't carry the weight of the appraisal company. This being said a good realtor with experience is usually bang on. The thing is, you can easily be off $100 to 500K depending on the value but Trump was off by millions and millions of $$$$$$. Add in the fact he lied about the size and I'm not talking about his mushroom pecker. THAT IS CLEAR FRAUD and you know it.And how did you determine the EXACT valuations?
