Jan 6 - a bunch of unarmed right wing yahoos occupy the capital and take some selfies for their social media pages (a stunt routinely performed by the left), and one of them is killed for it, and dozens are jailed and ludicrously overcharged by the DOJ
Trump - a politician who upsets the status quo and drives the left literally insane - and he is shot for it.

Starting to see the real pattern here?
Vandalizing the capital? Hunting down congressional leaders? Threatening to hang the VP? Stopping an official act? Attacking police officers with bear spray, hockey sticks, flagpoles?
A criminal con man fraudster who bows down to the Russians, lied over 38,000 times, stole classified documents, whose kids made a fortune being presidential advisors, adjudicated sexual assaulter, promising to install a crypto Christian fascist state, is shot by a fellow republican who was likely deranged in some form.
Carry on.
Ps many were armed. Sworn testimony to that effect. Photos of guys with zip ties, bullet proof vests, gas masks...nothing to see. Tourists.

Oh I see...when a witch hunt fails the judge is crooked, and when it doesn't, the judge in fair.
Sure.
I do enjoy how the right cries WITCH HUNT whenever Donald gets caught doing illegal things. Tell me, would you say the same thing if Biden did that bullshit? The man "allegedly" tried to keep the documents and hide them from the government. Documents that contained sensitive materials. He forced his lawyers to lie on his behalf, and worked to obstruct any investigation. If you don't see that, you are likely beyond help.

Witch Hunt fails yet again :sneaky:
If it was a witch hunt, then why didn't she dismiss the case on the merits, instead she slow-walked this case into oblivion. Because she and everybody knows Chump is guilty and has no defense, except to delay the trial.

It's a Fox thing. Fox showed repeatedly the same loop of people being let in calmly walking down the rope line. That's all they showed. Then they gaslit their viewers by arguing people were only violent for a short period, when most of the rally was not violent.
(Ted Bundy was non violent most of the time. Hence he must be innocent).

If you can't see that the past years have been a constant campaign of weaponizing the justice system against Trump then not sure what I can say to convince you otherwise.

Grand juries indict. Evidence presented under oath, VS on TV by pundits, convicts. His 34 counts - Convicted. His attorney - convicted. Tax fraud - Responsible. His CEO - Convicted. Libel - Responsible. His charity a fraud - responsible. His university a fraud - responsible. His campaign manager - convicted. His deputy campaign manager - convicted. His national security advisor- convicted. His political advisor - convicted. His economist - convicted. His other attorney - disbarred and responsible. His other campaign advisor - convicted. Another attorney - pleads guilty. Another attorney - pleads guilty.

Keep in mind Trumps attorneys help pick the jurors.
Keep in mind Trump lies about not being able to testify, and constantly about the law and what he did. Constantly.
Open and shut cases on obstructing justice.
So, let's not count this because the pundits not under oath who can lie with impunity told me so. Or, examine only the evidence revealed under oath, not by pundits. I choose the latter.

Compare this to Durham. Almost nothing after 3 years of investigation. Prosecutions without convictions sound like witch hunts to me.
Compare it to Hilary - nothing to even go to trial.
Compare it to Menendez and Hunter B - both convicted.

Do you seriously believe that rump has not committed any of the crimes he's been charged with?
Including J6?

Do you seriously believe that if it was anyone other than Trump all of this would have evolved as it did?

He was acquitted for Jan 6th btw.

If you accept the verdicts in any other cases, then you need to accept that one as well right?

And in the end he was acquitted twice and settled fraud charges based on bookkeeping errors and the real losers were the charities that won't see another dime. Happy?

No other past president was a sore loser. Such a sore loser that he engaged in a month's long, multi-pronged criminal campaign and country-wide crime spree to subvert and overturn the will of the voters as expressed in their constitutionally protected right to choose their president.

Such an American Sore Loser, that once his nation-wide crime spree imploded under the crushing weight of a zillion unrequited Trumpian temper tantrums he unleashed his marauding, ransacking, insurrectionist horde to physically stop the peaceful transfer of power to the lawful, rightful and true president, which Trump the Awful was not.

Senate Republicans! Hardly a fuckin impartial panel! Same Repugs who fresh off almost having their heads mounted on poles by Trump's marauding horde said, "I've had it with Trump. enough, enough of this Trump bullshit". Hardly an impartial panel. Hardly a judicial proceeding.

You live in make believe loony land.

Yes, if anyone else did the shite that rump does they should also be charged.
rape
fraud
election fraud
pedophilia
stealing state secrets

Do you think some people should be excused for these crimes because they are either very rich or just MAGA?

Sounds like the only sore loser here is you sunshine.

Here's the impasse: Trump has allegedly done illegal things. His illegal shit is being investigated, because if you or I did it, we'd be investigated and/or arrested. You might cry that its weaponized, but that is just bullshit. Reasonable people, which more and more seems to exclude the right wing, see the facts and WHY Trump faces legal jeopardy.

Believe me, if Obama or Biden did the same shit, you can bet your ass the DOJ would be up their ass in the same manner. But, you think because he's Trump he deserves a free pass? Well, the Supreme Court might agree to an extent, but in the US, everyone should face the same justice. Same in Canada. The hypocrisy about all of this is that Fox and the other right-wing media would shit a literal brick if Obama did this and was able to walk it off like Trump. But, if the roles were reversed, I don't think the left would be crying like little bitches over it. And, if Trump was innocent, he would want a speedy trial to clear his name. Instead, all he did was delay and pray for divine intervention....
