Who is running this shit show. What a joke. Why is there a need for these guys - you mean there is NO ONE younger that is qualified in both parties.

You mean replace an old white guy with a younger white guy and overlook Kamala the younger asian/black woman?
That's interesting.
Sure, let's put someone who Trump will surely beat. Perhaps MTG should step in and replace senile Trump.
For all their lip service to diversity, equity, blah blah blah .. progressives can see the results of picking someone solely for her identities, and not her qualifications.

If they had any integrity, they'd be pushing to run her. But they don't.

But I expect that you and rump don't think POTUS is a 'black job'.
I do. Run Kamala, she's black. And the VP. She was elected to be next in line to the Presidency. She should be the pick.

The silence from the left is deafening.

I actually agree with this. Kamala should run. She is the VP after all. If they pick Newsome to replace Biden, that is just a huge snub to the one that has already been VP.
Kamala's even more unpopular then Joe is!!

I think at this point what I feel for Biden is pity. And I think that Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, maybe Barack Obama, along with a few other trusted people and Jill Biden, need to go to the White House. And try to get him to resign, not just the Nomination but the Presidency.

And if he refuses then there is a very clear and legitimate case to invoke the 25th Amendment.

It's sad and unfortunate. But the very legitimacy of the President as a rational person with all their functions is now in question.
To date, I've seen nothing which would require invoking the 25th, but seen enough to believe the Dems need another candidate for November.

Except, Kamala is not likeable and has not been a memorable VP.

As we write these post the democrats are currently on their phone to book a replacement. My father is 82 and would have done far better.

What did we get from Trump from this debate? That he is good at golf? We all know he's a complete cheater at golf. Just like his life. Heck he cheats is own hair.
My father has 3 years on your dad. He'll be 86 in October and he'd perform better than Biden (not sure against your dad). And that's after 50+ years of cigarettes before he quit and a full career as a plumber dealing with asbestos.

Bill Maher was right, the Dems are going to lose with Biden.

I'd say they just got worse. If he isn't capable of carrying the party into the next election he isn't capable of being the president now.

I watched it. Did you? Ask yourself this. If you were a hiring manager at Walmart would you give him a job as a greeter or politely excuse yourself to go call his family to pick him up so he gets home safe?

I said way back he wasn't up for it. It's obvious now it's a cabal of aids and appointees running the Presidency. And we have two regional wars both on the verge of spilling over into something far worse. Do you think the American public will trust him now? What about world leaders?

He needs to go. The Dems still have time to run an open convention, get options on the state ballot, and run a fair election. But only if they act soon. Otherwise Trump will be the president.

That's the reality.
Yet his governing hasn't shown any reason to remove him from his position. If there's faults in his governing I would agree with you, but there just hasn't been. That might be because he's still mentally competent, despite not being sharp off the cuff, or it might be that he's built a strong team. Either way, no evidence at this time for him to be removed as President.

No one likes her and from all appearances she hasn't made any friends in the Democratic Party.

Joe reading from a teleprompter makes a big difference......LMAO
So, he needs prompts. Nothing wrong with that.

But, who is trying to connect with when he mentions Herbert Hoover? I mean Herbert Hoover??? Really, I'm 56 and I like to think I'm in the know on most things, but have no idea why Herbert Hoover is bad. He was the President at the start of the Great Depression, but still that's a deep cut.
