This is Switch. Lead vocalist is Bobby DeBarge, the eldest of the DeBarge brothers. Keyboardist and backup vocalist is Philip Ingram, the younger brother of James Ingram. Jermaine Jackson wrote several songs for them too. This one was their biggest, reaching #6 on the R&B charts, and #36 on the Billboard Hot 100.
