FYI: When one or more players does particularly well in a trivia subcategory, I will frequently challenge them personally with increasingly difficult questions from the same subcategory. So far, I have stumped @unassuming in Happy Days only once.
Name a recurring character on Happy Days, (2 or more seasons, 10 or more episode appearances), seen with a cigarette in their mouth.

Robert Urich - Soap, (Peter Campbell), and Tabitha, (Paul Thurston), 1977-78 TV season - but @unassuming didn't think of this one, so there's at least one more.
What anachronism in season 1 of Happy Days sets that season as taking place in 1959?

Nope, LK was not a main cast member in Mad About You, she was recurring, appeared in only 24 episodes

MURDERED!!!!!.
"Who killed Peter Campbell?" was the main plot of season one. Soap was 'the story of two sisters.... Jessica Tate and Mary Campbell". Peter was a Campbell.

Nope, although both shows ran at the same time at one point, PM played 2 different characters, the actor in question played the same character on both shows.

There is a long-standing debate about whether or not John Drake from Danger Man and "Number 6" from The Prisoner are the same character.
