I thought there were only two Chucks. This is "Chuck #3", (Randolph Roberts), who appeared in two episodes in season 2 of Happy Days, (1974), was mentioned in one other, then vanished without explanation.

Ric Carrott originated the role of Chuck on the pilot , which was on Love American Style. in the episode "Love and the Happy Days"

Charles in Charge was an 80's sitcom, starring Scott Baio. Scott Baio was a regular cast member on Happy Days after the Chuck Cunningham character was purged.
