He can’t pardon himself on these charges because they are state crimes, not federal crimes. His only hope is for it to be overturned by SCOTUS…but that’s not going to happen before the election.If he wins he will pardon himself.

Yes they can. First it would have to go to the NY State supreme court, and after that the last stop is the federal Supreme court
