I understand how doing nothing may not sit well but what you are describing is not going to stop this from happening either. As such, I agree with everybody else who said that engaging with these guys in any way is probably a mistake. I get it that you don't want dick pics. And if someone does that after you explicitly tell them not to, that's a problem.
