That's it! This city needs to be locked down into zones. Everyone should have their doctor, work and school within 15 minutes of where they live. I hope they do exactly that.
Create more construction so that people's behaviours adapt to the traffic and re-adjust themselves accordingly, and put CCTV cameras everywhere, we need to know who is where and what everyone is doing at all times.
