Total bullshit that was called out in court, mitch.
He's been a con man who thoroughly and completely corrupt. If any Dem took $8m in profit from the Chinese alone, whose advisors made multi millions whilst in government employ and son in law 2 b and treasury secretary 1 b and the greatest number of indictments in a 4 year term ever Fox world would be calling for the pitchforks and torches.
Moreover, his plan is to fire the inspectors etc and replace with loyalists swearing to him, not the constitution, is exactly to remove the checks. The Rs would not convict him even after he tried a coup. He thinks hes 100 % immune.You think they'll stop him this time?

He will try to convict just because the NY jury does not like Donald Trump. The charge yet to be decided. This is not a prosecution It’s a smear campaign.

Judge Mercan has a daughter who is making millions of dollars from this trial, as she works directly with Biden, Kamala and Adam Schiff etc Mercan should have recused himself from the case right from the beginning!!
This jury is 95% democrat and Trump is being tried in the 2nd most Dem district in the whole USA!! Mercan wouldn't let Trump move the trial to upper new york state, which is more republican!! Also this gag order against Trump is unconstitutional!!
If Trump does testify, Trump will be exposed to a sandoval hearing, which is not fair!!
If Trump was anyone else he'd be in gaol right now. You cannot attack the process like that as that is corrupting the process. ALL Defendants are not permitted to do so, nor is the prosecution and any officer of the court. Its just trump is the only one violating it. The wives of Supreme Court members associated with the insurrection are not making them recuse. You have no idea of the politics of the jurors. Moreover, he has his chance to defend himself in court under oath. He does not want to be under oath, it limits his lying too much.
