They all become biased at the same time. When they have to deal Baby Huey Trump. Once they meet him, they automatically hate him. He creates the situation himself.
For some reason, the DEMs don't seem to care that lining up these frivolous cases before Democrat judges would be seen by any reasonable person as trying to put a thumb on the scales of justice. There are GOP appointed judges, even in New York, who could have been assigned this case. Since reasonable people won't be persuaded politically by this legal circus, I have to assume reasonable people are not the target audience for this show. Are the most unreasonable people who Dems are counting on to retain the White House? It's the only conclusion that makes sense of these decisions. Amazing times.
Judge Merchan Holds Donald Trump in Criminal Contempt for Gag Order Violations, Threatens Jail Time
New York County Judge Juan Merchan has ruled that former President Donald Trump violated a gag order during his trial.

The Court notably includes the following statement in the contempt order: "It is critically important that Defendant's legitimate free speech rights not be curtailed, that he be able to fully campaign fot the office which he seeks and that he be able to respond and defend himself against political attacks." However, he cannot respond to Michael Cohen who has continued to attack him, campaign against his election, and discuss the case. That is not what some of us view as a "narrowly tailored" order.
None of the judges in any of the cases against Trump can be biased. The must go strictly by precedent. If they show bias they put their own careers at risk.
