Seems like a good idea for a discussion and I am always looking for healthy, interesting snacks.
Here is one idea
I have a few Dollarama Oil Misting/sprayerswith diiferent oils. Olive oil is affirmatively healthy.. And with the glycemic index theory, oiled popcorn is healthier and less fattening than plain popcorn. Skip the salt if possible.

Air popped popcorn. Then mist with olive oil then dust with powdered species. Like smoked paprika. or cinamon . or whatever mix you might dream up.Maybe spray/mist with chili oil?In search of new munchies that don’t make me feel like shit but aren’t necessarily fully healthy or unhealthy. More so a good medium, silly question but any recommendations? I’m becoming over my hummus & veggie go to
