I requested official UN policy, saying what an occupying territory may or may not do to defend itself. You have nothing more than an individual's opinion. That does not make it international law.
Until you can show what the UN's documented policy is, you are making up your claims.
You say the rapporteur's statement is official policy and must be obeyed, but you ignore Hamas' refusal to abide by the statement of the chief prosecutor of the ICC that Hamas must immediately and unconditionally return all the hostages. That was over a month ago.
