Thats what I said, RCP bundles all polls.
RCP bundles many polls. (I don't know of a single aggregator that bundles every poll ever published anywhere.)
But you complained he linked to the Economist and said it was one poll.
The Economist page he linked to is also an aggregator of many polls. It says that right up front.

As for your main point, yes.
While the polling is early and sporadic (you can see that all of those go back months and some to last October), Trump is ahead in the battleground states.
This is a tragedy of the US system, but is important nonetheless.

Yeah, except the Economist doesnt list all the polls they aggregated.
At least I dont see it on the webpage he posted: https://www.economist.com/interactive/us-2024-election/trump-biden-polls

EDIT: okay, they use 538 polling data: https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/polls/

And Trump is clearly beating Biden in 538's polls as well. By 5 points no less

Not so much that last bit.
That's just the single latest poll.

Ever since ABC bought 538 they don't seem to do their broad summary anymore.
At least not in any way it is easily found.
🤷

Okay, I so I was initially right.
The poll squeezer posted wasnt an aggregator, it was a single poll from the Economist.
It does show Biden leading by 1 point, but since its just a national poll its more or less meaningless

You were responding to dirtydaveiii and he posted to the aggregator.

It's not that important, Phil.
Let it go.

BREAKING: Democrats FLIP deep red seat in SURPRISE victory

BOOM BOOM BOOOM BOOOOOOM!!!

Anyone who follows politics realizes these on-line pundits tend to exaggerate quite a bit. This was not the earth shattering news down here that this internet talking head wants you to believe. I haven't seen national news outlets give this much coverage.

Here are things to consider when digesting this video report:

1) This has been a competitive district for local state races.
2) It was likely subject to redistricting recently. We drew new districts after the 2020 census.
3) Alabama Republicans control 75 of 105 seats in the State House.
4) Last but not least, local Alabama Democrats do not reflect the National Democratic party in many ways.
(An Alabama Democrat might have more in common with me politically than they do with most Congressional Democrats. Yikes! Can you imagine that?)

Enjoy the infotainment.

Poll Shows Joe Biden Mounting A COMEBACK

I'm going to give you and everyone else a tip about polls and election predicting. Don't get all excited about one or two polls or what a pundit tells you about a poll. Just go to Ladbrokes and follow the U.S. Presidential odds. This is where the professionals handling real money and following data very closely are making determinations.

Not sure what the news was here. Michigan and Pennsylvania have been tight for quite awhile. You're going to have a stroke if you spend the next seven months reading polls like an EKG. It went up!!! It went down!!! It went back up!!!

Polls are not votes!!

If you went by polls 9 months before the election, Regan would never have won, Clinton was 3rd, Obama wouldn't have won the democratic nominee and horrors of horrors, Hillary Clinton would have won...

State polling continues to suggest that Biden’s path to 270 electoral votes is shorter through the Rust Belt than the Sun Belt. The most recent tracking polls from Bloomberg–Morning Consult show the incumbent leading by a point in Wisconsin and tied with Trump in both Michigan and Pennsylvania (in the same pollster’s latest survey, Trump leads by 7 percent in Georgia, 6 percent in North Carolina, 5 percent in Arizona, and 2 percent in Nevada

As the actual election campaigning starts, good ole Joe will start to kick Trump's fat ass all over the US.

@Phil C. McNasty laugh laugh Terb villain but you will be crying in November and will owe Superhero Squeezer an apology.

The seat representing Alabama's 10th district in the state legislature had long been held by Republicans. But former President Donald Trump won the district by a slim margin in 2020, making it a toss-up district that Democrats had set their sights on. Lands also ran for the seat in 2022, but narrowly lost to her Republican opponent.
