Brb, gonna go buy some refreshment for my incall.

Tbh sometimes I offer water and people say no. Then I find it awkward to just sit on the couch and not drink anything.

But...gotta be careful what ya drink. Coffee hot chocolate etc not good. Beer not good. Hard liquor and wine usually ok, water with or without sparkles always OK.
When I'm hosting I always have a still and sparkling water present for the lady. If a reg i know her drink prefs. If new lady I'll ask, but ya never go wrong w water.
I did have a wonderful lady bring out a tray of snacks (cheese, crackers, fruit, prosciutto) as I flew in from UK and went straight to her place. Very sweet of her, but I brushed my teeth in airport when i landed and thus was afraid to eat anything. I reckon I'm punching well above my weight so want to tighten down all elements that might work against me lol...

Large mirrors (side view and at end of bed view), good lightening (so we can both see who we're getting on with, any suspect warts etc.), decent towels, clean bathroom, supplies in bathroom (mouthwash, etc.), calm music/low volume - no shitty/loud/aggressive music for me (or ask at the start of the session if they prefer music and what type if they do) and no one else in the place ideally (i.e. no 2 bedroom condos) and location (ideally downtown for me!)

What are some requirements to consider it a good space?

What do you need to make your experience more enjoyable? Bigger towels, fresh water, a saxophonist?
A clean and tidy place is a given. Some other things to consider: no strong smells especailly smoke, weed or food. Plenty of soap in the bathroom because I've run out at an incall. Luckily, I had enough for the pre-shower.

I have this saxophonist follow me around all day

Until I read this I’d forgotten how much music can make a difference. Some nice background/ambiance music is ideal (And I love how that a playlist is used as a timer, subtle and way better than an alarm setting on your phone :)

Sometimes volume is meant to cover up the sounds for nosy neighbours, but soft is preferable.

I know music is a very individual thing and I’m not here to hate on anyones tastes, but one of the worst sessions I ever had was with a girl who insisted on this awful, loud, blatantly sexual rap. Somehow she thought some guy yelling about “fuckin’ ho’s” was a turn on, but man it was way too distracting and a huge boner killer for this guy.

Oh you wouldn’t like to fuck while listening to WAP by Cardi B? 🤪

Honestly, I’m the same. If there are too many lyrics I can’t focus on anything else. I need instrumentals tracks.

There are a few things I always look for. 1. Is the incall discreet enough where it isn't hard to find but also discreet enough where i don't need to encounter many people when going up to the room. 2. An incall that smells nice right when you enter. Weed/cigarette smell when entering is a huge turnoff 3. Natural light in the incall always makes the place more inviting. 4. A nice sized bed. A queen would be a minimum. I have been in incalls where they have two doubles(usually hotels) and that's just not big enough in my opinion. 5. Some refreshments provided by the sp. Can be anything from water, juice, champagne, wine etc. 5. Having the living area with a couch and bedroom separated so we can sit and chat on the couch first before going to the bedroom.

Clean highrise condo not requiring interaction with concierge, one bedroom, a place to hang my clothes in the bathroom or nearby bathroom, mouthwash, choice of scented and unscented bodywash, decent towels, ample parking that is resonably close, and background music/tv only (nothing loud or distracting).

Anything and everything hygiene. I don't care if a stinky pussy can play the saxophone.

I want to give a shout out to the Secret locations. The Etobicoke and NY ones have underground parking right next to the P1 entrance where you buzz in. No concierge. The condos have pink neon signs of the word "Secret" that add a swanky tone. The rooms have ample mirrors. Very much appreciated. Clean bathrooms, mouthwash with little cup. Soft towels. (Some agencies need to change thier towels which have been washed so much that they feel like cardboard.)

When I've seen Amari, she puts on groovy music and a cieling projector which displays kaleidoscopic colourful patterns around room. When lying there enjoying Amari's incomparable bbbj, it feels like being in a fantasy.
