Looks like we'll be bouncing around the 60k range for a while. Keep getting rejected at around 68k.
yep, as i mentioned...just stack your bags during this time before the next leg up (accumulation phase)

the next leg up after halving is like 2-3 months after, so expect the next move to be sometime in the summer (halving is next month)

only way it goes higher sooner is due to some fundamental news, such as some sovereign fund or big pension fund is going to buy bitcoin

I'm a medium term/long term bull and i read so much crap from macro guys and T/A's that I don't know what to believe or follow now. They just say, trust the charts , they never lie, the market is always right ! WTF ! What does that mean ? LOL ! 😲 :ROFLMAO:
Wednesday morning about 1:30am EST , $ 60,775 area, do you guys think that's the near term low or do we need to retrace lower for the "smart money" boys to believe that's the value point for going long again ? What say you ?

Japan is thinking of buying Bitcoin for its pension fund. If it happens, it will be massive, as Japan's pension fund is huge.

The sudden pump from 50k to 74k threw me for a loop. Thought this would be an accelerated cycle, with a quick peak, especially since we hit ATH before pre-halving.

Looks like it is shaping up to be typical of the previous three cycles. This means that Bitcoin will be somewhat flat until a couple months after halving, and then start to take off. One year after halving, it should hit the first peak, and in the fall, the new all time high. Between now and June, we could see lots of volatilty both ways still.
Alt season though when Bitcoin trades sideways. 🤑

It's been so long since I tracked Bitcoin dominance to tell when Alts take control. I think when the dominance % drops from the low 50%'s to 40/30's area . . . I think ETH stays strong then Alts/Meme Coins/Shit coins last in the bull cycle. I will have to go back to my Bitcoin 101 notes. . . . :)
Everyone makes the mistake and blasting their BTC/ETH, they stay strong , but % wise Alts beat them . . .

basically when btc dominance falls in the 40s

easier way is just to track eth...when it makes a new ATH, its alt season

true alt season is when all alts go nuts, not the rotation youre seeing right now

and these alt pumps you see right now likely just to reach their local resistances , only to retrace to their local supports. good for day traders.

it's nothing...its the weekend, take it with a grain of salt unless the bulls can close above 69k by sunday

otherwise, it's just chopping action / consolidation / accumulation
Sometimes I psyche myself out and look at the net change on my charts, an asset trading at 60k's area, the only number that's important is the % net change
A friend texted me at 10:30am and asked my chart reading expertise, and I told him at $ 65,200 it tops out. I jinxed the bulls ! LOL !

* next resistances coming up, $ 65,242 / 66,065 . . . Let's go !

Bitcoin just blasted through a couple of tough resistance areas, 1 or 2 of them, took like 20 tries before blasting over ( ex 66,065 ). There are 2 crucial marks left before we revisit the new ATH's ( 67,457 / 69,709 ), at least there are big gaps where BTC investors/traders can accumulate/or lighten up to suit your portfolio.

It's projected that Grayscale will run out of inventory in about 3 months from now at the pace they want to sell Bitcoin. Why not sell it on up days ? Why not cross a major block to a huge buyer OTC style ? ( unless they need to disclose every sale on a major exchange to the holders). Since the approval of spot BTC ETF's I've never experienced so many whip saw days in my Coinbase account. I have to keep a bottle of Pepto on my desk so I can take a swig every other day ! UGH !

wow, bitcoin is surging... will 68/69,000 slow it down. If it can break through, then we have a new high coming.
