Lindsay’s post should really have said “…
Lmao.
But Trump has to appeal to the Court of Appeal and then to the Supreme Court. So he has to do the appeal before he can ask the USSC to rule the appeals procedure unconstitutional. Sounds pretty much like he is fucked, huh?
The bond is not a prerequisite to the Appeal. It is only necessary to stay the execution of the judgment pending the disposition of the Appeal.

He apparently owes enough to Deuchebank (no, I can't spell, spellcheck doesn't always bail me out) so they could force him into bankruptcy. Maybe they are waiting till closer to the election?

Biden, his White House counsel staff, Jay Bratt, Jack Smith, Matthew Colangelo, Alvin Bragg, Fani Willis, Nathan Wade, Tish James, and others are running a criminal conspiracy to politicize and weaponize our justice system against political opponents, interfere in the election, and violate Trump's civil rights. There must be a serious legal, political, and financial reckoning after Trump's back in the White House on January 20, 2025.
Do you wear your red MAGA cap, tee shirt and drink from a MAGA cup ?
You are a brain washed MAGA cult member.

Yes he loves to sue to get his name on the front page. Yet he owes millions to his former attorneys. Just ask Giuliani for confirmation.
You forgot to mention the Orange Man had to pay over $300k for lawyers fees in a previous ABC lawsuit.

Chuck Schumer and Letitia James sweating like the nasty fucking pigs they are making a mockery of the hometown heroes parade. Who can’t wait to see these 2 in prison where they belong?
Yup, Letitia James should be sent to prison for "grabbing Trump by the pussy" :ROFLMAO:

Hopefully the Supreme Court rules against immunity while just carrying out official duties or she is going to get away with it!

With due resepct my friend... Duetchebank is not actually lending him the banks money. He deals with one of the Private Banking subsidiaries. They simply act as an intermediary/administrator for some private lender(s). Lenders who are by definition of "Private"banking , deeply shielded by multiple, obfuscated, parties whose money it really is. Duetschebank has been investigated, charged, sanctioned and fined over money laundering on multiple occasions. Including knowingly laundering criminal proceedds from Russian mafia, oligarchs and more shady Russian strawmen.

Draw your own conclusions. And don't forget Don Jr''s publicly shooting off his mouth of how Trump organization is awash in Russian money.

"A number of reports have indicated the Trump Organization received substantial financing from Russia when the business was struggling in the mid 1990s and again during the Great Recession, since major U.S. banks had refused to loan money to him. Most recently, Reuters reportedthat a group of 63 Russia billionaires have invested nearly $100 million in several Trump properties in Florida. Donald Trump Jr. himself famously said in 2008 that “Russians make up a pretty disproportionate cross-section of a lot of our assets. We see a lot of money pouring in from Russia.”"

So why hasn't one of these nebulous entities funneled The Russian's money to bond Trump? To much money going to artillery shells these days?

Russians never liked to pay too much to their useful idiots. It’s always been KGB position that western useful idiots don’t need a lot of money to be manipulated. So I suspect this is just their traditional approach.
