Apparently intelligent people can tell the difference between traits like:
1) Narcissism
2) Low levels of empathy
3) Lack of tact
4) Lack of knowledge/interest in technical (including medical) matters
from "unhinged lunacy". Instead they recognize these traits as characteristic flaws common to politicians and accomplished businessmen. If these were reasons not to vote for a politician, who would there be left to vote for?
Similarly, apparently intelligent people recognize traits like:
1) Inability to articulate unscripted thoughts,
2) Blind devotion to one's children, no matter what horrible things they have done,
3) Inability to backtrack on proven disastrous decisions due to petty pride, and
4) Inability to do what is best for Americans as a whole where that conflicts with personal ego
are likewise not indicative of "unhinged lunacy", especially in an 80 year old. Instead they reflect the cognitive degeneration that is common (while not universal) in 80 year olds.
Apparently intelligent people, if forced to choose, will choose the flawed personality over the medically incompetent every time.
Are you saying the polls are wrong? The polls in the swing states (which are the only ones that matter), if they remain where they are, predict a Trump victory in the presidential race.
What he fails to mention is margin of error can work the opposite way as well.
If Trump is leading Biden by 5 points, and MOE is 3 points, then Trump could very well be leading Biden by 8 points, which would be a total landslide
Add to that the recent historical Democrat bias in polling (that was most evident in 2016). I interpret any poll that says they are tied to mean than Trump is really ahead.
