Only 3 ways I can think of.
1. HOPE there's a mechanical failure while you're at the top that takes them 10-20 minutes to fix.
2. Buy out all the seats and ask the operator to stop the wheel while at the too for 15-20 minutes - likely will have to pay the operator a small bonus for this to happen.
3. Keep it as a wishful thought.

I used to have a vw camper - and man the amount of chicks Ive had just on a city street... I used to go to the clubs and Id park closeby so I wouldnt have to pay for a cab home and I could crash... so itd be in a downtown area on a back street behind the clubs and Id pull and the girl would come back... they used to think it was weird/cool... and it worked - and half the time if we didnt do it at night wed wake up and do it and people would be just walking by on their way to work...
I was on a plane recently - Air Transat and the toilets were so small I could barely turn around - and the way they are set up now there are people sat like right there - itd be impossible for them not to be fully aware of who is in the toilets... like seriously check out Seat Guru before booking a flight these days - I think they even charge extra room for the toilet adjacent seats cos they have extra leg room but man not good seats.... so yeah 1 - toilets too small for 1 normal sized person let alone 2 and B - people watching...
I actually feel bad for people who are big these days because they actually would not fit in these toilets. And isnt it weird that on the ground they legally have to provide a washroom that wheelchair bound people can use but once you get in a plain its like fuck you buddy wear a diaper... how does that make sense?
