On fugly days like today, don't check ! All the chartists were calling for a 5k to 10 dump, but I didn't think the environment was ripe for that, dip buyers would step in. Where are they today ? UGH !
Stocks are only half as bad since they only run between 9am and 3:30pm? or 4pm lol

Bitcoin is just different beast, I read a comment or an article where it stated the amount of stress that it creates is like smoking a certain amount of cigarettes/packs a day.

Just sold all my CRO for $4000 loss (I bought $16K worth).
Not too worried because I'll make it all back in the stock market anyways.

I'm done with crypto though

Many crypto analysts and T/A guys calling for SOL to outperform BTC and ETH, the reasons were so compelling I went 2/5 SOL , 2/5 BTC and 1/5 ETH. If SOL didn't pump $ 10 today, I would be crying the blues and checking the quotes every 5 mins too. Horseshoe today , hours earlier I would not believed i would be even on an Fugly day like today ! 😲

This isn't the article I read exactly, but close enough I suppose. I sincerely hope those of you invested in this are doing well and don't go crazy over it.

“I barely sleep three to four hours a day, which results in me making serious errors in the market,” he says. “I’ve also started developing pain at the back of my neck and shoulders due to high levels of stress.” Das has bipolar disorder, and says crypto has been tough on his mental health. “Crypto will wreck you emotionally and physically,” he warns. “You will get scarred for life.”
One man – a 33-year-old from Russia, who asked us not to share his name – told me he feels addicted to crypto, and is stuck in a cycle of trying to recover his losses but only losing more in the process.

This is why I always say invest into crypto with money you can afford to lose

I was thinking of selling when it hit 65000, but was not going to make the same mistake. Jumping in and out to try to cut losses simply does not work

As they say, hodl: hold on for dear life

Some have said Bitcoin has already peaked, and is going to go down from here. I doubt that. Even though this cycle is clearly unusual, I think it will still follow the same pattern as the other cycles,.

this is really funny...people are freaking out about an 8 percent drop ??? stocks do that every day

we're at 68k!! lol

imo were still above ATH since 69k last cycle was just a wick

broke previous ATh before halving , which. has never been done before ...we were overextended and due for a healthy correction ..nothing goes up in a straight line

I agree. But it was scary to see BTC plummet from 74,000 to 65,000 in just a few hours. o_O :eek:

Looks like we're on the mend, approaching 70k.

you look at the percentage ..not the absolute value
Percentage change, I agree. Most crypto watchers play/or watch BTC and ETH and some of my friends are always complaining about the net up or net down nominal dollars on the day, it's the % that's the important thing. You have one asset with a 70k handle and another one at a 4k handle.

ya my friends are like .."but shib is so cheap per coin "

if you put in 10k and the coin moves 30 percent ..it doesn't matter what the price was

Apparently so many people were buying Bitcoin using leverage, causing the market to overheat. The correction wiped out hundreds of millions of dollars in leveraged positions. Should be healthy in the long run.
