They can declare what they want but the fact is that the
UN does not recognize Palestine as a sovereign state and it does not have member status in the UN.

And thank you for proving once again that you have absolutely no idea of what logic entails. This has nothing to do with looking at a series of statements and deriving a logical conclusion. In this case, it is simply "it is or it isn't". It's deciding what is factually correct. No interpretation or analysis is required.
The fact is that the UN does not accept Palestine as a sovereign state. All they are doing is patting the mythical country of Palestine on the head and letting them watch how real countries/states conduct themselves. They lack the ability to vote or propose resolutions like all the actual states are allowed to do. And it has nothing to do with history. We are talking about the here and now. 500 countries can recognize Abyssinia and Atlantis as states, but that doesn't make it so.
Man stop trying to ever think you understand logic. You've fail miserably each and every time (like right now) and just make yourself look foolish. The logical conclusion derived from these events is that you should stop trying to discuss logic.
