When on earth did I ever say I will not accept the finding or that they will never make that finding?
Pretty sure you have said "never" repeatedly in this thread.

I understand your objection, but my response is the same. There is no sterile interpretation of this as you seem to be alluding to.
That you admit it is an interpretation only (even if you insist it is the only one that makes sense) is fine.
My objection was purely to you torturing logic by saying that there was no other way to read it and insisting things had been proved that hadn't been proved.
That you want to draw an inference about the truth is fine with me.
That you pretend your inference is what is in the text is not.

'Most easily done'?

How can you abide by a demand that Israel not commit genocide and 'in particular' prevent killing Palestinians in Gaza without a ceasefire or retreat?
How can any military operation continue if it doesn't 'prevent' the killing of Palestinians?
By insisting that any killing isn't part of a specific plan to commit genocide.
Or by changing tactics to make it obvious they are being more careful.

I'm not saying Israel did that, I am once again saying that pretending that this was an order to never kill another Palestinian is to misread the order.

At the very least you have to admit that Israel has not abided by the ICJ ruling.
I have seen no adjustment in Israel's tactics.
They appear to be going with "you may think this plausibly looks like genocide, but it isn't, so we don't have to change anything" as their approach to a defense.

The provisional measures don't say 'don't commit genocide' as you keep reminding us. They say Israel must abide by the convention and not commit genocide and 'in particular' prevent killing Palestinians in Gaza. I don't think even trying to look careful fulfills that demand and prepping to attack Rafah is about as contrary to the orders as possible.

Prevent killing Palestinians in Gaza.
Its still hard to argue that bombing refugees in tents, as they did a couple of nights ago, is preventing any killing.

I think that Netanyahu's political career is hanging by a thread and he will continue the genocide as long as Biden allows him, which apparently now includes attacking Rafah. Where 1.4 million refugees are crammed together with no where to go.

South Africa just submitted an urgent request for additional measures.
We'll see what happens after this.

The fact that the ICC and the ICJ are very politically influenced by the powerful nations of the west, and not really neutral, can be seen in how soon an arrest warrant was issued for Putin vs anything being done about Palestine. In reality, the situation in Palestine is by orders of magnitude worse than the situation in Ukraine.
But Ukrainians are not terrorists

I never said Israel was succeeding in fulfilling the demand.
In fact, I think they appear to be flouting it and counting on the extremely high standard of proof required to prove genocide to get away with it.

Good for them, although its unclear what additional measure they want the court to take.

I think the amount of evidence of intent followed by actions will make the case against them pretty solid. There are so, so many statements of genocidal intent from Israeli leaders.

Good for them, although its unclear what additional measure they want the court to take.
We'll see, but I'm sure they are hoping for the ICJ to send demand for an immediate ceasefire to the UN SC, where we'd have to see if Biden would veto it.
