Apparently the other phone uses the RCS messages and once the phone was dead, so were my messages.I don't know how it works so I didn't question it. In reality, I am sure they thought I wasn't legit because who in their right mind would be dumb enough to leave in the middle of the Superbowl to see SPs. Anyways, they reached back out to me today and was very kind and polite nda in the end, it all worked out.
