I'm siding with Texas with this one. You can't let a state keep getting flooded with migrants. Eventually Texas will secede.
Okay, so where is this going for Texas and the other Red States??
Biden's not going to lose blue support over the border. The border is a red issue. It MAY ramp up the enthusiasm level for the GE among red voters to counter the abortion rights voters who will support the Dems.
OTOH, how many Dakotans really give a shit about Texas anyway?
More fundamentally, won't Biden simply go back to the USSC and ask for financial sanctions against Texas for ignoring a Supreme Court ruling. Judges tend to peeve when citizens tell them to fuck off. And presumably Biden can keep asking for sanctions until Paxton and Abbott fold and do what the court tells them.
So what are Paxxy and Abby going to do?.... Go to Americans and say "Fuck the Supreme Court! We don't believe in the rule of law any more!" ???? Over a subsidiary issue like the border???!?!?!?!? Where is that going to go for them?!

Trump is trying to keep the fentanyl flowing and keep endangering Americans. Many of those apprehended said they heard the border was open (again, if they are apprehended then its not open) because they heard it on Fox.
Trump is barracking for an epic economic collapse like the Great depression (his words). Fuck those Americans who get hurt, it's all about Trump. Every single one of his predictions about Biden and the economy were wrong.

First of all, each state has its own rules and the state legislatures draft the rules.
Second, that is voting procedures. Nothing to do with voting entitlement. You have to be a citizen to vote anywhere. You can't vote in Canada for example without being a citizen. And illegals can never become citizens.
So it's silly. It's all a part of the "great race replacement" hoax that Fox and other rightie dum-dum media push to scare people.
Presumably Biden can go back to the USSC or to any Federal Court and ask for a $1M per day sanction against Texas and Abbot and Paxton personally.
Kinda difficult to charge him with treason when Biden is just doing what the Supreme Court tells him to do, huh?
