"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

But even before that, the default US position was always that being born in the US meant you were a US citizen.
Even specifically excluding all Black people didn't happen until the 1850s.

There is an assumption amongst MAGA that people blindly follow - and I reckon because they blindly follow.
Whether you're talking immigrants, their children, or even college students, and how they vote.
At my uni we had a Marxist sociology prof. Everyone knew you wrote your final paper extolling the merits of Marxism and you got highest marks (no pun intended). But not a single fellow student thought the prof was right, in fact we felt she was a joke, and not a single mind converted (in fact, I'd argue it had the opposite effect and made us all more anti marxist).

Can someone say what Biden's "Open border policy" is? - What are actually the actions that "Biden" took to make America an "Open Border country"?

I can tell you what he has done to do the opposite:

1) He pushed forward a new regulation in 2022-2023 that presumed most migrants are not eligible to apply for asylum if they passed through other nations without seeking protection there first, or if they crossed the border illegally instead of arriving at a designated port of entry. Do you know what happened? The 9th Circuit said it was "ILLEGAL".

2) So then he pushed for Congress to enact new laws to give him power to stem this problem in a way that is LEGAL.

3) He then pushed for Congress to give him additional funding for border security as well as judges and lawyers to help expedite illegal immigrants. Trump's people then told the Senate NOT to pass any bill that would help Biden in 2024. So these are the facts.

Give me your facts now? To be balanced the only real thing Biden has done that may have increased immigration was remove the "Remain in Mexico" policy. With that said this policy was quite arguable inhumane and dangerous, and it only would impact immigrants who are coming from nations other than Mexico, who were apprehended and could not be represented.
