More thoughtfully composed than your rambling word salads meant to distract from your usual failure at making valid points.
Yeah, that's the ticket.

See below:

They're not leaving the field. That's a myth that comes from the left's propaganda machine. In fact, I know pople who have kids that are having a hard time finding teaching positions. You know why? Because the existing teachers that have "retired" and collecting their fat pensions, continue to work and are double-dipping.

Those pensions can't be that fat if they still have to work.

The Ford government is getting rid of Unionized nurses and paying twice as much for contract nurses.
Really? Seems like getting raises at the rates very few others get is not exactly "getting rid of nurses".

You have to look at more than just the hourly rate. Staff nurses get benefits, pensions, etc that are all aspects of their pay.

And guess what...if a private nurse doesn't perform, they get fired. Try that with a union nurse.

They're notoriously the best pensions and some continue to work because they're either bored, or greedy or have squandered their savings and need the money now. Either way, they are keeping young teachers from getting jobs.

A sign you don't see panhandlers use is "My drug dealer only takes cash can you please help."

I guess that is why Druggsie's grossly fat and too generous renumeration packages for nurses has led to a 25,000 shortfall of nursing positions in Ontario.

How bout dem Druggsie private college puppy mills located above massage parlors printing out diplomas for empty classroom temporary international students?

Sad when all you have to offer is conspiracy theories to make you feel better while your Marxist heroes continue to fail you. Pity.

DoFo uses agency nurses instead of nurses hired by the hospital and its way more expensive.

Most teachers can't wait for retirement, so the pensions must be the problem if they still need to work.

Only the ones who have managed their money can't wait to retire...and can usually retire early on our dime.

Agency nurses have always been used.
Nothing new.
Get rid of the nurses union and make nursing more competitive and more affordable in the long run.
We can't afford public sector unions any longer.
For our enlightenment, how are you going to prevent workers from forming unions?

But agency nurses cost the province way more.
Why would you want the more expensive solution?

Make non-union jobs more attractive than union jobs.

But wait! You're going to say that will be more expensive because you would need to pay them better.

Not really because you could put it out to tender and private agencies will compete to offer the best deal or lose out on opportunities.
Additionally, no more having to worry about pensions, vacations, sick days and potential walkouts by greedy public sector workers.
More control over performance as you can switch providers, fire incompetence, etc.

In the long run, service will be better.

So you're saying unions are better for nurses and at the same time saying they're leaving because they're not happy?

Hard to follow your logic.

Here's a thought...maybe provide some of your insight rather than continually asking questions and getting answers that you won't accept?

Please do not tell me what (you think) I am saying.

I am trying to have you realize that you cannot prevent workers from forming a union, unless you argue for a totalitarian society. But maybe that is what you are doing.
