It will soon, if not already, to be illegal via the Highway Traffic Act to pass snow plows while they are doing plowing.

Hopefully with my face in a pussy
It will soon, if not already, to be illegal via the Highway Traffic Act to pass snow plows while they are doing plowing.
From the article: "In a related post on X, the OPP ’s Highway Safety Division reminded motorists that they can face a $325 fine if they are caught overtaking snow plows working in echelon formation on multi-lane highways that have a posted speed limit of 80 km/hr or more. The only exception is if the lane that is being used to overtake the snow plow is entirely clear of any part of the snow plow."

I've been stuck behind 1 low on a multi lane highway, however in that particular situation I felt better just taking it slow on a just cleared road than taking my chances on a buttton of uncleared snow so I just accepted it.

Sorry, let me jazz it up.

This one time? Going to band camp?...

The driver should be facing more than a $300 fine in my opinion. He should be charged with Dangerous/Reckless Driving.
The fine is anywhere from $150 to $1,000 for passing a working snowplow in Ontario. That guy will likely be charged with careless driving as well.
