And search option not working!?What happened?

Guessing here as well - searches would be based on the database servers having their indexes online and updated. Give it a few hours, maybe a day and see if it's still not working. Great catch, had not tried a search since seeing terb was back online. And search option not working!?
I suspect a purposeful roll back and/or corrupt/missing backup data when restoring the site from the latest outage. What happened?

Hey everyone, I hope everyone is getting ready for their big New Years eve bash or quiet night with family . I just want to give everyone a heads up regarding our website issues over the last couple of days. This time of year, as we always have, we make our year end server adjustments for the database. This year it did not go as smoothly as planned. We ran into some issues and lost some data going back to Wednesday. We will do our best over the next couple of weeks to restore those posts. Those of you who put up reviews are welcome to repost them, but we will do our best to restore as much as possible.
I also want to give you a heads up that we are still working on optimizing our servers and there might be periodic outages here and there. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Please everyone, have a safe and Happy New Year. Thank you
I may have to restart some “Habs Suck” thread. What happened?

Understandable. Many don’t know about these year end database maintenance jobs as normally they go so smooth we don’t realize. There have even been paid advertiser SPs complaining on X that they couldn't get on TERB.
They could have sent a DM blast in the site (they've done it before), an email to everyone especially advertisers, or a message on the Terb.cc homepage. All of these are fairly easy to do and don't depend on people having a Twitter account.I think TERB should utilize their Twitter account next time to make the announcement that the site was down and would return. That would have helped lessen the panic and upset of the ladies. It was mostly the lack of knowledge that caused the upset. I bet they didn’t think of posting on Twitter though because they haven’t used their own account in years. So kinda out of thought. But for next time, if this happens, maybe they will remember.
Except most times when this is done, no one ever noticed and they didn’t predict the board shut down. Once the site was down, the only recourse is a post on Twitter. They could have sent a DM blast in the site (they've done it before), an email to everyone especially advertisers, or a message on the Terb.cc homepage. Except not everybody has a twitter account...the professional escort have their own website, they shouldn't be relying on TERB 100% of the time.Except most times when this is done, no one ever noticed and they didn’t predict the board shut down. that would have been the simplest and most effective way to share informationthe only recourse is a post on Twitter.
Sorry, I forgot to say that admins should have warned everyone well ahead of the maintenance. I know that not everyone will read the warning, but it's better than nothing.Except most times when this is done, no one ever noticed and they didn’t predict the board shut down.
