Tommy Lee has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a helicopter.

The Motley Crue rocker is being sued over an alleged encounter in February 2003, with an unnamed woman claiming he groped, kissed and penetrated her without her consent when they were onboard the chopper with another man.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the woman was friends with the helicopter pilot, who had invited her on a tour of San Diego County, but when she got to the airfield, the 61-year-old drummer was also there waiting and she was informed plans had changed and they would be flying to Los Angeles as a trio.

The accuser claimed she felt pressured to still go on the trip and once in the air, she alleged Tommy and the pilot began drinking alcohol and consuming marijuana and cocaine, before urging her to sit on the musician’s lap. When she did so, she claimed he forced himself on her.

She alleged in the lawsuit he began to grope and kiss her before becoming more forceful as she tried to pull away and accused him of penetrating her with his fingers while touching her breasts.

She claimed Tommy then pulled down his pants and attempted to force her head toward his genitals.
When the helicopter got to Los Angeles, the rocker hugged her and disembarked before the pilot flew her back to San Diego in silence.

The woman claimed she suffered shock, distress, humiliation, shame and guilt as a result of what happened but claimed she didn’t go to police as she didn’t think she’d be taken seriously.

She is seeking damages from Tommy because she has suffered from anxiety, depression, PTSD and other physical and psychological harm as a result of the alleged incident.

A spokesperson for the rocker has yet to respond.

I guess the rule is never spend anytime with any woman unless it's recorded. Not saying it happened, not saying it didn't but other than her word, there is no actual evidence and before anyone derps with believe all women, come on, women can lie, hell just ask any divorce ape lawyer. Nobody said she was for surelying, however there is a strong probablity that she is.
All we do know is that she is seeking a settlement and has utterly no evidence other than her claim. So basically we have this.
She is financially motivated to lie. People do shit for money.
I quick search shows no other accusers [unlike Bill Cosby, Harvey Winestien et al], just her so if she is telling the truth we have to believe that she was a one time thing in a long career of being untouchable. If he was a rapist a guy like that would be a repeat offender, those people usually are.
I know where I would put my money. [There is a story, but it's by a bandmate, it was retracted and the story is a completely different MO.]

But yeah women are not people, they would never lie and surely not for financial gain. Odd that, your she could not possibly be lying is kinda sexist.

As for me and my empathy / I have posted my stance many times. I believe women caught lying should be charged and convicted. Should have to pay restitution, etc. and even then - their reputation is fucked. I get it. I have been clear on that in many threads. But there are more actual sexual assaults than lies about sexual assault. You do realize that if men just didn’t rape women / this would not be an issue right?????

I also never assumed anything. I never said she was not lying. I just said “imagine” if she isn’t. You are allowed to say “what if” in one direction but I am not. Ok pumpkin. LOL. Sorry but that is not how it works.

I agree we should wait but empathy can still be given. Or respect. Or whatever you want to call it. I wasn’t the one accusing her of lying or accusing him of rape. I’m not the one making accusations on either side.

If she is lying I can have empathy for him. If she is telling the truth, I can have empathy for her. Someone is a victim here. Empathy can be given. Since the comments/jokes here are being made about her - I think it is bad form. If it was the other way, I would say the same but in the other direction as I have proven here before. Time and time again.

Although, thank you for proving my point. The number of women assaulted by Cosby, Epstein, Weinstein, etc. vrs the one who lied about it, shows more are telling the truth then lying.

This story, and the one about Axle Rose...if i were them, I'd just settle and settle quickly. We can all bet they did HORRIBLE stuff to women over the years, and were never harmed at the time because the women were scared of the repercussions. I have no doubt in my mind that these dudes (and countless other musicians) used their fame to get away with behaviour that would get you or me a stint in the crowbar hotel.

I do not doubt the reasons why these women wait 20-30 years to say anything.

But he did go to jail 6 months for beating his ex wife Pamela Anderson. Arrested for beating up security guards. But we don't know for sure if he's a rapist.
