They are suffering massisve casulaties. All the militray hospitals are full, overflow into civilian hospitals. Its all being covered up. It will come out, just watch. Yes they take the land above the ground, but Hamas was never going to oppose that, now they are there, Hamas will hit and run constantly.

What a typical hasbara troll post.
Counting bodies has always been the responsibility of hospitals and the medical community yet here you are saying they don't know enough.
My post was 100% accurate. The Lancet are totally out of their realm.

They are part of the peer review process. They analyze studies.

What study did they analyze here? Who were the authors? What was the hypothesis?

They don't take anybody's stats at face value.

Keep on being a Hamas troll.

2023 was the most violent year in recent Israeli history, with 233 settler terrorist attacks and 200 Palestinians killed before Oct 7.
Israeli settler terrorism has been spiking since 2016.
The genocide on Gaza is just more of the same.
Sorry, but you were specifically whining about these indiscretions:

The blame lies with Israel, they've destroyed the roads, made travel impossible and are barely letting anything through.
This was their declared intent with the 'siege'.

Its not a mystery, they said they were going to do it and they are doing it.

I pointed out, correctly, that those particular things started happening after Oct. 7. Hamas brought those down upon Gaza. So of course you now need to move to a different topic.

Israel is dropping the bombs, killing the children, torturing the people, destroying their homes, depriving them of food, water, medicine and housing.
And Hamas is doing nothing to protect them. And that's on top of Hamas instigating this response to Oct. 7.

You're just a Hamas troll.

Good luck at the ICC arguing that Hamas made Israel commit genocide.
I'm sure that they'll believe Israel when they say Hamas forced them to execute babies.

Israeli snipers ‘shoot whatever moves’

Mansour Shouman, a Palestinian Canadian who has refused to evacuate Khan Younis, is currently sheltering in Nasser Hospital. He described the situation as dangerous and desperate.
“There is no place safe here in Khan Younis. Israeli tanks are as close as 600 metres [1,968 feet]. There are snipers on top of buildings that shoot whatever moves. People do not know where to go.
“I have a friend who tried to reach Rafah. When they reached there his family was bombed – his wife lost her legs, one of his children lost her eyes, and his youngest daughter is nowhere to be found. Khan Younis residents are not able to find safe refuge anywhere,” Shouman told Al Jazeera.
“The eastern part of Khan Younis is now taken over by the Israeli military and there is a lot of heavy fighting there. The main north-to-south road is now occupied with heavy fighting as well. Even if you successfully reach Rafah, there is no temporary shelter, no food, no water. That’s why people are deciding to stay here in Khan Younis – at least it’s better than the unknown.”

Great way to kill all the hostages.
I thought Israel was too busy today executing babies and arresting children to kill all the hostages.
Priorities, guess they don't have much time left so they have to kill as many as they can now.

If you could save only one person out of a flooded tunnel, and your choice would be either an indigenous freedom fighter or an Israeli hostage, who would you save?

Thank you.

The Lancet is a journal analyzing medical studies. These are there guidelines, none of which have been followed here.

tlgastro-info-for-authors-1659004947257.pdf (thelancet.com)
20,000 dead, 10,000 children.
8,000 still buried in rubble.

70% of those killed are women and children.

Why are bragging about how tough the IDF is when all they do is kill women and children refugees?
This is the most cowardly attack on a refugee camp ever.

And all you can do is whine about the Lancet, we are way beyond that, buddy.
Your genocide is almost done and soon the investigations will start.

Hmm, what an intelligent argument.
Let me see, should I take the word of a racist backing genocide or the word of the most respected medical journal in the world.
That is sooo stoopid.

That's like saying that you'd take the word of De Beers, a leading expert on diamonds, to analyze a traffic accident.

They are both totally out of their respective realms.

It's all being "covered up", huh?....

And Hamas will win, just like Putin. Spassiba, Komrad. 😹 😹

Good luck at the ICC arguing that Hamas made Israel commit genocide.
Good luck at the ICC arguing that Hamas was forced to kill 1,200 civilians and take babies and seniors as hostages on Oct. 7 because they lost the last 5 wars to Israel.

BTW, the ICC prosecutor already stated how disgusting the acts perpetrated by Hamas on Oct. 7 were.

Except Israel is kicking ass and has eliminated Hamas from north and central Gaza and the estimate is that the military op will be over in 2 weeks with all Hamas leadership in Gaza eliminated.

The US will pretend to be impatient, but is actually glad to let Israel take out Hamas. And so are the neighbouring Arab countries, which is why they are staying silent and not intervening. You think an Egyptian tank column in Rafah wouldn't chill out the IDF?

Why is that not happening?..... Oh, because Egypt hates Hamas as much as Israel does! That's why.
