I wonder has it occurred to you that you may be wrong about this?
for example what if a ceasefire would only serve to help terror regroup and attack again? What if “end of occupation” would only mean that hamas would run Palestine and Jews would have to exit Palestine or be killed? Is that a possibility in your world? Or maybe it would be okay with you? Or are you privy to a higher knowledge and you cannot be mistaken about it?
Israel can't and won't kill all of Hamas anyways, and even if they did they'd just sow the grounds for the next resistance group.

israel Is treating their Arab citizens as humans but it is not at all clear how can it possibly treat radicalized Gazans as humans. You think that Gazans would behave if allowed to mix freely with Israelis. I think they or at least their most radicalized people would continue killing Jews as they say they would.

They haven't lost. They'll let Israel take Gaza and then intifada the IDF with endless terror attacks. There are going to be 100's of suicide bombers. It'll get messier and messier.

The answer to your question is that what you are trying hasn't worked every time its been tried in Israel. Sure, there is a state there and you've wiped Palestine off the map, but there is continual strife and 'wars' on the people you occupy ever 2-3 years. This is the biggest one in half a century, that's all.
How and why do you think the Palestinians in Gaza became 'radicalized'? Was it after they voted for Hamas? Was it after Israel walled them and turned Gaza into a concentration camp? Was it after the 5 wars in the last 15 years? Why don't you think any of those have anything to do with radicalizing people?
You also just proved my point. 'Israeli Arabs' live peacefully with almost equal rights with Jews. So why not give Palestinians equal rights and see if they will also live peacefully instead of bombing the shit out of them and 'radicalizing' them?

According to the IDF, many of the tunnels connect Hamas’s “strategic assets.”
The military said it has also destroyed hundreds of kilometers’ worth of tunnels, in addition to the shafts.
“The shafts were located in civilian areas, and many of them were located near or inside educational institutions, kindergartens, mosques, and playgrounds,” the IDF said.
