I suspect 'alcohol-fueled' may not be enough. But if he made any sexual inference in anyway to staff, sponsor or public fueled or not, is enough.

This isn't just hockey but all work environments. And if part of the public eye, they could be a morality clause.

Something to do with drunken behavior that didn't involve his teammates or their family. Just
speculating, but could be something like he was sexually inappropriate with a woman around the
team or got physical with someone around the team while drunk. Given the Blackhawks history they
really have to have 0 tolerance for anything so it's hard to say how bad Perry's behavior actually was.
