Well, certainly every time HAMAS kills someone and parades the mutilated body through the streets, they create more militants.

But then, the fact that HAMAS has a genocidal policy towards Israel and controls every aspect of life in Gaza creates large numbers of militants in any event.

Are there any studies done of how many Gazans get military training from HAMAS?
