Oh my.....He'll have to backtrack a lot of his policies to make this up, lol.
People said the same thing about JT. accurately predicted large deficits as well as brutal green policies. Especially given Gerald Butts record in Ontario, or the fiscal mess in Ontario.Oh well... it will be fun to watch PP fail miserably.
in your twisted dreamsOh well... it will be fun to watch PP fail miserably.
1. Dalton the dummy/ Granny WynnePeople said the same thing about JT. accurately predicted large deficits as well as brutal green policies. Especially given Gerald Butts record in Ontario, or the fiscal mess in Ontario.
That hasn’t stopped a lot of people supporting him/them.
The reality is, most parties/administrations do some good, some bad, have some scandals. Yet good chunks of the electorate are entrenched, see only what they want to see, and refuse to budge. That in turn has led to a few things, not the least of which is worsening division and polarization.
With the benefit of hindsight though. How many parties/admins can you point at that were train wrecks? I can name two.
How do you want Trudeau to succeed?Oh well... it will be fun to watch PP fail miserably.
Why will it be fun to watch PP fail?Oh well... it will be fun to watch PP fail miserably.
JT I don’t as yet consider in the rear view, so not to me, not as yet with the benefit of hindsight.1. Dalton the dummy/ Granny Wynne
2. Justin 'the moron" Trudeau
Gerald Butts has certainly caused a lot of needless damage
JT will go down in history as the most incompetent PM Canada ever had.JT I don’t as yet consider in the rear view, so not to me, not as yet with the benefit of hindsight.
Rae is the only other administration I would classify as a train wreck. No doubt many dyed in the wool Liberals might name Harris and it’s arguable he too did a fair bit of damage. However, any damage he did, was a result of trying to fix Rae’s unmitigated disaster. I always find it telling when people complain about Harris ( again arguably correctly) they always forget or are blind to the mess he inherited. McGuinty his first few years had no trouble finding the resources to fix some of Harris’s stuff.
in the end, they all do some good/bad. Not all, leave messes that are hard to fix/change, or near possible. Such as the train wreck Ford inherited.
Your track record of predictions is about as good as Judith Curry's climate predictions, larue.JT will go down in history as the most incompetent PM Canada ever had.
I do not need hindsight, as I knew he was a moron in 2015
What I did not expect was him being corrupt.
yes Bob Rea was a train wreck as well
His labor legislation gave public unions far too much power & they have been abusing Ontarioians ever since
One only need took at Ont debt accumulation starting with Bob Rae is understand this
ok that’s ironic given your track record on any political topic….Your track record of predictions is about as good as Judith Curry's climate predictions, larue.
Almost two in three Canadians have a negative impression of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and half want him to resign before the next election, a new survey suggests.
While affordability, housing and public debt are higher on the reasons people want Trudeau to go, one in five people surveyed said they want him to resign simply because they are “just tired of him.
The Leger poll for The Canadian Press suggests widespread dissatisfaction with the Liberal government on everything from housing affordability and inflation to health care, government spending and climate change.
So Tories at 33% and Libs at 31%?... That's about normal, given the heavy backing the Tories get from the rural prairie ridings.
Oh my.....He'll have to backtrack a lot of his policies to make this up, lol.
So Tories at 33% and Libs at 31%?... That's about normal, given the heavy backing the Tories get from the rural prairie ridings.
It predictably results in the Libs getting about 160 seats and the Tories getting about 120.
Thanks for reminding me of the subjects I wiped your butt on.ok that’s ironic given your track record on any political topic….
Wind farms
Drummond
Hydro 1
Healthcare cuts
Violent crime
Correct. A lot of prairie votes are wasted in our winner-takes-all system. If I recall correctly, the cons have won the popular vote in the last few elections, but still end up with fewer seats than the libsSo Tories at 33% and Libs at 31%?... That's about normal, given the heavy backing the Tories get from the rural prairie ridings.
It predictably results in the Libs getting about 160 seats and the Tories getting about 120.
Trudeau will win the next election as well, based even on Orry's polls at the beginning of this thread. I've already explained how the maths work out.Lmao Mandrill that’s like saying 80% of Canadians didn’t vote for the liberals last election. In fact the cons got the most votes from those that voted……….
I guess any thread of hope for you to grasp onto despite a years worth of polls and plummeting numbers, building pressure from within the party, desperate attempts ( bail now the heating oil in AtlanticCanada)
From the same article your willingly turning blind eyes to for that one life ring.
“Nationally, 30 per cent of respondents said they were satisfied with Trudeau's government, while 63 per cent said they were not.”
“Trudeau trails Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre on who would be the best prime minister by a wide margin, with 27 per cent of those surveyed backing Poilievre versus 17 per cent for Trudeau.”
“Half of Canadians surveyed said Trudeau should resign before the next election. One in four of those who identified as Liberal voters said he should quit. Only 28 per cent of all respondents said he should stay on”
Ad nauseum. And not just the last polls. A years worth. With nothing but potentially more bad news on the horizon.
The writing is on the wall, and yes it’s quite possible his legacy will be one of a disaster given their wanton spending and vote buying of seat rich areas, division/alienation.
One in five liberal voting Canadians surveyed want Trudeau to resign because they are 'just tired of him'
