If you're in a managerial position and SW is providing free service out of the fear of repercussion, then you're an abuser/predator.

Either way there are no scenarios where you'd look noble. The only one would be where you two fell in love, had kids and you loved her unconditionally no matter what, but that's not the case.

You have a narrow vision of the world and state it as an absolute. It never happens. Do you think any service provider never makes exceptions for their friends and family ? As one fellow terbite pointed out respectfully above, I too would think about a dream date in the context of my private love life (as an eg, I had several "dream dates" when I was married). But I get your point, you are talking about dating SWs and as such, what would be our ideal/preferred type of date. Hard to think of just one. But if I had to, without spending hours weighing a couple dozen.

Invite a female I know fairly intimately to some idyllic cabin in the woods in the middle of winter for 3-7 days. Read books, make some meals together, drink wine by a fire, go for walks, decompress, have sex whenever/wherever, take hot showers together, whenever we felt like it rather than some pre-arranged hour where we both knew exactly what and when and how long.
